  • Your child is entitled to a Free, Appropriate, Public Education (FAPE).

  • You have the right to a free independent educational evaluation of your child.

  • You can obtain a different classroom, private school tuition, tutoring, and therapies at the expense of the district.

  • You can challenge your child’s special education program, regardless of your immigration status.

  • and more!

You may have already tried advocating on your own.  But sometimes, it takes a
lawyer to help you be heard.  When it comes to your child with
special needs, every day counts.  Don’t let another year go by in which
your child does not get the help that she or he needs.
